Supporting Mental Health Awareness.

At Summit Creative we are dedicated to supporting the mental well-being of our team and recognise the support available from other professional organisations that can help with this.

That is why we are proud to be affiliated with Lindy's Place. Lindy has delivered wellbeing sessions for our team and the feedback from everyone has been fantastic. We have all learned more about how to protect our mental health and most importantly recognise the early warning signs to help us pay attention to this often neglected health issue before it becomes too serious.

Lindy explores all aspects of mental health from depression, stress, anxiety or a trauma resulting from a loss of some kind. Lindy's Place genuinely provides a safe place to explore your feelings and experiences.

And true to her own preaching Lindy is a huge advocate for engaging with physical activity to boost those ever so important 'happy endorphines'. That is why Lindy will be running alongside the Summit Creative team for the Nottingham 10K Run on May 22nd.
