Warehouse Operations Manager

The Opportunity:

We all love a good plan right… to be one step ahead… to maintain standards… to have a clear focus? Do you have what it takes to help build our current warehouse operations?

If so then we would love to talk to you about becoming our Warehouse Operations Manager.

You’ll have a hand in developing and improving every aspect of the working environment and processes across our warehouse, distribution and customer order functions. Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to ensure the efficient running of all warehouse operations.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Ownership and management of Goods In including raising ASNs and allocating stock to WMS.
Accurate inventory management with regular checks and reporting.
Quality control on all stock.
Implement and manage operational KPIs and report to the wider team on a regular basis to ascertain any corrective actions required.
Clear communication with the wider team to understand all client requirements and manage workload efficiently
Ownership and management of warehouse supplier relationships including (but not exclusive to) couriers, packaging suppliers and production partners.
Manage peaks in workload by organsing temporary help or workers when required.
Efficient planning of transport and undertaking local deliveries to minimise costs whilst ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to clients.
Control the warehouse budget to ensure costs are minimised.
Be an ambassador for Summit Creative with clients, partners and suppliers to represent the company in a positive way.
