We worked very closely with Claire from Accendo Coaching to create a fresh, modern brand and a bright new website with improved user experience (UX) and navigation, she is now proud to show it off to exsisting and potential clients.
Claire from Accendo reached out to us via LinkedIn as she wanted to gain more leads through her site. Claire's ultimate goal was to improve UX and navigation on her site to make it easier and quicker for visitors to find out what services she offers and to be able to speak in person with the people visiting her site.
We decided her branding would benefit from a refresh to bring it up to date, make it stand out from competitors and communicate easier to her target audience.
We initially provided Accendo with a new, up to date logo and brand guidelines giving Claire everything she would need to be able to show off her brand new logo effectively and consistently. The new branding also formed the bones for the website design.
After reviewing the customer journey of the old website we identified that the overwhelming amounts of copy, poor page layout, unclear Call To Actions, and confusing navigation was affecting the overall user experience.
Doing this helped us create a wireframe that would be more effective for the user before creating the initial concepts and visuals that would then be used by our developers to build Accendo's new improved website.
With a new refreshed brand to help support Claire's message and a sleek new website to help entice new clients, Accendo Coaching has a clear vision and is thriving within the industry.
