Compass Group were launching a new internal initiative to promote healthy eating, healthy lifestyle and waste reduction within their staff cafes. Environmental sustainability and locally sourced produce were also important factors of this brief, as was commercial value.
We considered all aspects of the campaign concept, including internal promotion and awareness, inclusivity and a staff rewards scheme, sourcing local produce and packaging, supporting environmental initiatives and creating digital content for social media and other platforms.
A huge range of collateral was created for each concept, from printed materials and interactive elements to digital and internal intranet content. We created an in-depth document that detailed the campaign concept and the reasoning behind incorporating each element to demonstrate how the brief was met.
